WELCOME TO THE KENEDY PUBLIC LIBRARY
The mission of the Kenedy Public Library is to provide materials and services which fulfill educational, informational, historical, and recreational needs of the community and surrounding areas. The Library responds to the needs of users by providing a clean and inviting building, up-to-date collections, and friendly professional service.
The library also offers the following services for a minimal charge: we fax, make copies (b/w or color), laminate standard size documents, posters, and banners. Our library also has an AccuCut die cut machine, which includes 4̋ letter die cuts to use for bulletin boards (in-house use only). We offer free Wi-Fi and you may also use our public computers by just signing a consent form with a valid driver’s license or ID. Don’t hesitate make the library part of your daily stops.

WE HAD A GREAT TURN OUT FOR OUR CELEBRATION TO COMPLETE SUMMER READING CLUB 2015. WE HAD SOME GOOD ENTERTAINMENT, PIZZA, CAKE AND EVEN GAVE AWAY SOME AWESOME PRIZES INCLUDING FOUR KINDLE FIRES.

Kenedy Public Library is proud to offer you best-selling and classic eBooks, audiobooks, music and video available 24/7 from the library’s digital collection.
You’ll be able to browse the collection, borrow with your library card, and enjoy on your computer, tablet, smartphone, or eReader Device. Most borrowed eBooks can be enjoyed immediately in your web browser with OverDrive Read. Or, you can download eBooks into free software, Adobe Digital Editions, or send to your Kindle device or app. Downloaded eBooks can be transferred to a variety of devices, including IPod and many others.
Users with smartphones or tablets can install the OverDrive Media Console app to directly download EPUB eBooks and MP3 audiobooks titles to their device. No matter how you plan to enjoy, titles will automatically expire at the end of the lending period. BEST thing is, NO LATE FEES! So, don’t delay, relax, and read yourself away into an adventure.

CONGRESSMAN RUBÉN HINOJOSA EXPANDS OFFICE LOCATIONS AND TIMES IN NORTHERN PART OF DISTRICT 15
In an effort to reach as many constituents as possible, Congressman Ruben Hinojosa has expanded the locations and times where residents can visit with District Director, Mark Gonzales to discuss their needs and issues.
